服務說明About the Service
本服務為 MX Digi(創意思境股份有限公司,以下稱「本公司」)提供之內部系統單一登入(SSO)驗證閘道,用於驗證使用者身分並授權存取本公司內部文件與儀表板系統。使用本服務即表示您同意本條款。
This Service is a single sign-on (SSO) authentication gateway provided by MX Digi Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") to verify user identity and authorize access to our internal documents and dashboard systems. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
授權使用Authorized use
本服務僅供經本公司授權的人員使用。存取權由授權名單控管;僅列於名單中的帳號可通過驗證並進入受保護資源。未獲授權者不得使用或嘗試使用本服務。
The Service is intended only for personnel authorized by us. Access is controlled by an authorization list; only accounts on that list can pass verification and reach protected resources. Unauthorized persons must not use or attempt to use the Service.
可接受的使用方式Acceptable use
使用本服務時,您同意不進行下列行為:
- 嘗試規避、破解或干擾身分驗證與存取控管機制
- 以未經授權的方式存取、複製或散布內部資源
- 與他人共用您的登入憑證,或代他人登入
- 任何違反適用法令或本公司內部政策的行為
In using the Service, you agree not to:
- attempt to bypass, break, or interfere with authentication or access-control mechanisms;
- access, copy, or distribute internal resources in an unauthorized manner;
- share your login credentials with others, or sign in on another person's behalf;
- engage in any activity that violates applicable law or our internal policies.
帳號與安全Accounts & security
本服務透過您的 Google 帳號進行驗證。您應妥善保管自己的 Google 帳號安全。若發現帳號遭盜用或有未經授權的存取,請立即透過下方方式通知本公司,以便撤銷授權。
The Service authenticates through your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your own Google account secure. If you discover account compromise or unauthorized access, please notify us immediately using the details below so that authorization can be revoked.
無擔保No warranty
本服務為本公司內部工具,依「現況」提供。本公司不保證服務不中斷或全無錯誤,並在適用法令允許的最大範圍內,不就因使用或無法使用本服務所生之任何損害負責。
The Service is an internal tool provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
條款變更Changes to these Terms
本公司得不時修訂本條款。修訂後將更新本頁上方之生效日;於變更後繼續使用本服務,即視為接受修訂後之條款。
