本政策說明 MX Digi(創意思境股份有限公司,以下稱「本公司」)的內部系統登入服務(以下稱「本服務」)如何處理使用者的個人資料。本服務僅用於驗證身分,以授權存取本公司內部文件與儀表板系統。
This policy explains how MX Digi Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") handles personal data through its internal system login service ("the Service"). The Service is used solely to verify identity in order to authorize access to our internal documents and dashboard systems.
我們收集的資料Information we collect
當您使用 Google 帳號登入時,本服務僅透過 Google OAuth 取得下列基本身分資訊:
- 電子郵件地址
- 帳號顯示名稱
- Google 帳號識別碼(用於辨識登入者)
本服務不會存取您的 Gmail 郵件、Google 雲端硬碟內容、通訊錄或任何其他 Google 資料。
When you sign in with your Google account, the Service obtains only the following basic identity information via Google OAuth:
- Email address
- Account display name
- Google account identifier (to recognize the signed-in user)
The Service does not access your Gmail messages, Google Drive contents, contacts, or any other Google data.
使用目的How we use it
上述資料僅用於:(a) 驗證您的身分;(b) 依授權名單判斷您是否可存取特定內部資源;(c) 維護必要的存取紀錄以確保系統安全。本公司不會將這些資料用於行銷,也不會出售或出租給第三方。
The above data is used only to: (a) verify your identity; (b) determine, against an authorization list, whether you may access specific internal resources; and (c) maintain access logs necessary for security. We do not use this data for marketing, nor sell or rent it to any third party.
資料處理與分享Processing & sharing
本服務的身分驗證由 Google 提供;存取閘道與授權判斷由 Cloudflare Access 提供。您的身分資料會在這些服務的處理過程中被傳輸,並受其各自的隱私權條款規範。除為提供本服務所必需外,本公司不會與其他第三方分享您的資料。
Authentication is provided by Google; the access gateway and authorization decisions are provided by Cloudflare Access. Your identity data is transmitted in the course of processing by these providers and is subject to their respective privacy terms. Except as necessary to operate the Service, we do not share your data with other third parties.
資料保留Data retention
登入工作階段為暫時性,會在效期屆滿後失效。存取紀錄依存取閘道供應商的保留設定保存,並僅供安全稽核之用。本公司不會建立超出上述目的的個人資料資料庫。
Login sessions are temporary and expire after their validity period. Access logs are kept according to the retention settings of the access gateway provider and are used only for security auditing. We do not build a personal-data database beyond the purposes stated above.
